To get basic chart, you must know the date, time of birth and also Latitude and Longitue of your birth place.
Check out the http://www.astro.com/atlas for Latitude and logitude
E.g. for Orai it is 25N59, 79E28, Kanpur 26N28, 80E21, Vancouver 49N16, 123W07,
Nainital 29N24 79E28.

2) To get horoscope try following sites
a) http://www.vedicscholar.com/freehoro.php
Pros: They discuess the current mahadasha and unterdasha.
Cons: give the horoscope in south india style.

b) Try downloading Jagannath Hora Vedic Astrology software from
http://www.srijagannath.org/software/software.htm

Pros: many charts, can set chart type either nort indian style or south indian in Preferences>Related to Display>Chart Style and Language.
Also displays the Maha-Dasa and Antardasas.

Cons: No online version, have to install on PC, Complete version seems to have
download problem. There are just too many charts.
